After completing the first 2 months at Unleash Studio we have found it necessary to implement the following policy changes:

1. Classes with less than 3 participants will be cancelled. If a class does not have the minimum size 2 hours prior to the start of class we will send through a cancellation notice and you will receive credit back onto your account for use in a future class.

2. Participants who arrive at the studio wearing shoes they intend to participate in class with will be dismissed and will NOT receive a refund. While we have done our best to communicate this on our website, social media posts and class notifications / reminders, there have been a number of instances where this has not been followed. We had a recent experience where debris was tracked onto the floor and could have caused an issue during several skill sets. One of our primary values is safety in the studio; we take it very seriously so that every participant has an enjoyable experience.
