Participants who arrive at the studio wearing shoes they intend to participate in class with will be dismissed and will NOT receive a refund. While we have done our best to communicate this on our website, social media posts and class notifications / reminders, there have been a number of instances where this has not been followed. We had a recent experience where debris was tracked onto the floor and could have caused an issue during several skill sets. One of our primary values is safety in the studio; we take it very seriously so that every participant has an enjoyable experience.
