How did we get into this you ask? Well social media knew Jen better than she knew herself. (go figure huh?)

A video of bungee fitness popped up on her feed and she was instantly drawn to it. After doing a little research she found the nearest facility was in Milwaukee (2 hours from Appleton). She started researching certifications to teach bungee, with no intention of opening a studio of her own. She figured if she was going to learn, why not do it the right way.

Jen found Sling Movement out of Oklahoma in at the end of 2023 offering certification training. Unfortunately, timing didn't work out to participate but a few months later they contacted her about a training in Illinois in March of 2024. Of course she jumped on it. After several days of training Jen was hooked; she bought her own station and set it up in her garage.

After doing bungee in her garage for several months she tapped into her business analytics background to assess opening her own studio. Once the decision was made it took about 6 months to find a location. 3 months after that the studio officially opened on April 21st, 2025.
